Obama doesn't start his answer on the Libya question with Libya. Talks about the successes against al Qaeda etc. Finally gets to Libya.
Interesting stat -- spending less than what it cost of two weeks in Iraq to deal with Libya.
Obama wants to remind voters that Libya is really a success not a failure, even though Benghazi delivered a tragedy.

Obama ends his response to the Libya question by calling Romney's strategy "a mess." Not exactly taking the gloves off. But a hit with a gloved fist.
Iran is Syria's closest ally in the region. The Iranians aren't going to sit still and allow the U.S. and its allies to arm the insurgents with heavy weapons.
It's early in the debate but it seems a little less heated than last time. I'm attributing it to the chairs.
It seems that Romney did say that Syria was Iran's route to the sea. Because I guess Iran's own coastline isn't good enough.
